The price of the long-term rental includes full support for fleet management, while the package also includes the registration services, car insurance, all-risk insurance, regular and, if so requested by the user, extraordinary service, procurement, storage, tire replacement, registration and liquidation of loss events, and other services when necessary and requested by the client.

Details on long-term vehicle rental

The term “long-term rental” represents a contractual relationship between the renter/user of the vehicle and the legal owner and/or leasing user over the period of 36 and/or 48 months, over which period the owner allows the user to use the vehicle and the user accepts the obligation to pay a monthly fee/compensation in accordance with the predefined repayment plan.

The rental agreement doesn’t include the repurchase of the vehicle at the expiry of the agreement. The basis of the contractual relationship is the use of the subject of rental, not the ownership over the subject of rental. The rental agreement allows the client to return the vehicle after the expiry of the rental agreement and/or to renew the agreement for a new selected vehicle.

The notion of “rent” A predefined amount of monthly fee paid by the renter to the renting agency as compensation for the use of the vehicle during the term of the rental agreement.
